🏌️♂️🌟 Team Golf Day Highlights! 🌟🏌️♀️ Team culture is important to us here at Sabre Engineering Services, this is why we are committed to our regular off site team days to get our team together to unwind and connect. It was an incredible day spent out on the green with some of our amazing team! From teeing off to sharing stories over lunch, it was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our bonds outside of work. We learnt a lot about teamwork, patience, and maybe even a few new golf skills! ⛳️ A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped organise the day. 🌟 Reflecting on R U OK? Day 🌟   Last week, we hosted an R U OK? Day event at sites Peak Downs, Saraji, Goonyella Riverside, Broadmeadow, Daunia, Caval Ridge and in the office, and it was truly inspiring! The day was filled with warmth, laughter, and meaningful conversations focused on mental health and well-being.   Peak Downs, Saraji, Broadmeadow and Caval Ridge enjoyed Red Rooster whilst coming together and having important conversations.   Goonyella Riverside enjoyed a lovely BBQ all together.   Daunia enjoyed some bakery pastries and pies in the morning.   The office came together for some KFC.   We also provided valuable mental health resources to ensure everyone walked away with actionable steps to support themselves and others.   A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this event! The new module-based strategies were reviewed in line with a Hitachi 5600 excavator shutdown to ensure all reliability improvements were captured. Connor is meticulous with his analysis and attention to detail when it comes to Reliability Engineering, his work helps increase equipment uptime and reduces downtime costs.
