This event was a wonderful opportunity to embrace and celebrate the rich cultural diversity within our team. From spooky costumes to vibrant Diwali lights, the afternoon was filled with fun, laughter, and a deep sense of community. We enjoyed delicious treats, shared stories, and participated in exciting activities that highlighted the essence of both festivals. 🌟 Celebrating World Mental Health Day: Prioritising Well-Being at Sandoz 🌟 Today, on World Mental Health Day, we take a moment to reflect on the importance of mental well-being and how it positively impacts our lives and work. At Sandoz, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where the mental health of our associates is prioritised every day. Recently we partnered with the Black Dog Institute to offer our associates a comprehensive mental health training program. This program equips our team with the knowledge to recognize early warning signs, have meaningful conversations about mental health, and support each other in times of need. We are proud of our associates who not only completed this training but also embraced the learnings to create a more understanding and compassionate workplace. To further encourage our associates to take care of their mental health, we recently held a ‘mental health pause’ afternoon where we provided our associates with dedicated time to focus on recharging for their wellbeing. For some of our team this looked like getting active, participating in mindfulness or being in the outdoors. One of our associates, Georgie Sampson, beautifully captured the essence of these mental pauses when she said, "I’m so grateful that at Sandoz ANZ we are regularly gifted time to look after our own wellbeing so we can bring our best selves to work. I make good use of this time to enjoy walks in the sunshine whilst listening to some good tunes." Georgie's words reflect the spirit of self-care and rejuvenation that we strive to nurture within our Sandoz family.
