Adaptive Re-Use. Completed last year and spanning 24,000sqm, Southend Lane in Alexandria is a modern industrial hub for commercial tenants. This project was an opportunity for our team to dive deep into the notion of adaptive reuse and sustainable building methods, with all the original bricks being salvaged and reused for the new building. Design details at our foyer redesign for Bennelong Residences. Our Interior Design team curated furniture pieces that coordinate with the existing materials and colour tones, while adding a twenty-first century edge to the space. Burnt orange, charcoal and grey hues featured in a custom curved bench seat, contemporary marble side table and decorative pieces are a nod to the original floor tiles and other stone and timber details throughout. #SBA #foyerdesign #apartmentdesign #furniturestyling
