Sea Swift continues to service the small islands of the Torres Strait despite a plateauing population. The First Nations people of the Far North choose to live on Country, and Sea Swift is the lifeblood of these communities continuing to work, live and grow remotely. Moa, or Kubin, Island is home to the Mualgal people and is a part of the Torres Strait’s western island group and is the second largest island in the Torres Strait with a population of around 450 people.
