Car accidents can cause hidden internal or spinal injuries, and moving your child could make these injuries worse. ✅ If there's no immediate threat, leave your child in the car seat and call 000. Paramedics are trained to handle these situations safely. 🔴 Only remove your child if the car is smoking, there's a fire, or if they need urgent medical attention like CPR. In these cases, remove the entire car seat with your child still strapped in, you can keep shears in your glovebox for this purpose. Your child's safety is the top priority.
