Meet the Visionary Founders Behind SLH Furniture: Damian and Sacha Damian and Sacha, two university friends, took a trip to Indonesia that sparked a vision for bringing unique, eco-friendly furniture back to Sydney. What started in 1999 in a small Sydney CBD studio grew rapidly after their first trade show, where they found unexpected success selling imported high-end daybeds. By 2003, SLH expanded to a warehouse in Newtown. The real driving force behind SLH has always been sustainability. Damian and Sacha are deeply committed to recycled and upcycled furniture, produced under fair-trade, ethical conditions. In 2009, they cemented SLHs reputation as a leader in high-end sustainable furniture with exclusive partnerships with KARPENTER and MAMAGREEN. In 2013, their passion led them to expand once again, settling in the Lilyfield complex and showroom where SLH Furniture continues to thrive today. 💡 Why SLH? It's more than just furniture.
