We're incredibly proud of Lisa Chisholm, who participated in a Q&A panel last week at the Psychology Career Expo, hosted by the Australian Psychological Society (APS)! Lisa discussed the unique pathways she has navigated to become a psychologist. She shared her insights on the pros and cons of different courses, considerations around endorsement and strategies for gaining industry experience. Reflecting on her experience, Lisa said: "I appreciated the opportunity to share my journey towards becoming a Clinical Psychologist, give a glimpse of a typical 'day in the life', and provide advice to those aspiring to enter the field. It was fantastic to speak with so many psychology students and see their passion for the profession and their desire to contribute to the world through psychological practice.” 👏 Fantastic work, Lisa! Your story will make a difference to many navigating their early career paths in psychology. #CareersExpo #CareersPsychology #PsychologyStudents #PsychologicalPractice
