Stepping into the role of Acting CEO is Michelle Rhyder, a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success within the organisation and the mental health space more broadly. Michelle brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the field, having served in various leadership roles throughout her tenure at South Coastal. As Acting CEO, Michelle is committed to upholding the values and vision that have guided South Coastal under Gill Walker's leadership. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, ensuring that the organisation remains at the forefront of the sector. Happy International Women's Day 2024 Thank you to all the insightful speakers at Ishar's International Women’s Day breakfast yesterday. Dr Gill Walker (CEO) and our two provisional psychologists, Bec and Zee, attended the event in celebration of this year’s #InspireInclusion theme. The speakers encouraged attendees to challenge gender bias and inequality in their lives, both professional and personal.
