𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘇 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗔$𝟰𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀   We are pleased to announce that it has received binding commitments totalling A$450,000 in new equity funding. This comprises:   ✅ A$400,000 raised through the Shortfall Offer, with investors subscribing for 40 million Shortfall Shares at A$0.01 per share.  ✅ A private placement of A$50,000 by Executive Chairman, Mr. Len Jubber, through the subscription of 5 million new shares, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.   These commitments, alongside the recently completed Entitlement Offer, bring the total equity raised to over A$2 million, strengthening our financial position as we progress the development of the Ohmgebirge Potash Project.   Key focus areas include: 🔹 Completion of due diligence and negotiation for the acquisition of the Sollstedt mine property 🔹 Advancement of Stage 2 permitting activities for the Ohmgebirge project, following the receipt of the Spatial Planning Assessment.  🔹 Evaluation of potential funding opportunities, including German R&D tax incentives, freight rail access and clean energy grants.  🔹 Consideration of long-term Definitive Feasibility Study funding pathways, including potential strategic partnerships.   This additional funding reinforces our commitment to advancing the Ohmgebirge Potash Project and enhancing value for our shareholders.   Read the full announcement here: https://bit.ly/4dH3W1o   #SouthHarzPotash #SHP #Potash #Mining #Ohmgebirge #CleanEnergy #StrategicPartnerships

We are pleased to announce the release of South Harz Potash Limited's 2024 Annual Report, which provides a comprehensive update on the company’s progress over the past year.   In May, we took a step forward with the agreement on non-binding terms for the acquisition of the neighbouring Sollstedt mine in Thuringia, Germany. This acquisition represents a milestone for our flagship Ohmgebirge Potash Development, enabling us to capitalise on existing regional mining infrastructure. By utilising the existing shafts at Sollstedt, we will reduce pre-production costs and decrease the surface footprint of the project by approximately 50%, compared to greenfield alternatives.   The release of the Ohmgebirge Pre-Feasibility Study reinforces the viability of developing and operating a world-class potash mine in the heart of Germany. The study highlights potential synergies stemming from the Sollstedt acquisition, which could extend the life of the mine and increase output during the early years of production.   In June, we achieved the successful granting of the Spatial Planning Assessment for Ohmgebirge. This approval validates the compatibility of our project with regional planning requirements and is a testament to the world-class environmental and sustainability standards integrated into our development plans. We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer. In combination with our recent placement, total new equity subscriptions are approximately A$1.57 million, including commitments from our directors.
