Celebrating 30 Years of protecting South Australia’s environment 🌍 During the year, we'll be sharing highlights from our journey, from the passing of the Environment Protection Act 1993 to how we've shaped the protection the environment across the state. Thanks to the Act, critical environmental issues like air quality, water quality, waste, and noise were brought under one unified law, making it easier to ensure a cleaner, healthier environment for all of us. The introduction of Radiation Protection and Control Act to our agency in 2002, has meant we can also ensure the limited, justified and optimised use of radiation for the benefit of the community. Stay tuned for more updates and a look back at the incredible work done by our passionate team over the years! 💚🌿 #30FactsFor30Years #EnvironmentalProtection #EPA
