The Victorian Planning Authority has today released the much anticipated 2023-2024 Business Plan outlining the projects and commitments for the upcoming (now-mid financial year). The Business Plan has been finalised in alignment with the Victorian Housing Statement - with some projects shuffling between tiers/priorities largely based on the States focus on a 70-30 split between infill and greenfield development. Project Milestone Alert! The team have been assisting DM Property with the amended Development Plan and concurrent Planning Application for the Uptown Project in Shepparton North. The planning permit and endorsed plans were issued last week by Greater Shepparton City Council following an extensive pre-application process and facilitative assessment approach - resulting in a great outcome for the client ahead of the Christmas break!
