As we look ahead to 2025, it’s time to start thinking about the trends that will shape the design world. If you're onboarding new clients who are seeking professional insights into what's coming next, here are our top three predictions. 1. Arches. A trend prediction gaining popularity in home design that continues to grow. We see this element of playfulness help to soften sharp lines, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Designers are increasingly incorporating arches throughout the home, from doorways and windows to cabinets and bedheads. Possible with our Timberaul and Residential range. 2. Architectural Warmth with Natural Timber Here we’ll continue to see a shift from cool blue based whites and greys to warmer tones like off-whites, beiges, tans, creams, and browns. More timber elements will be brought into the home, such as cabinetry, exposed ceiling panels, door and windows. Our Timberaul range can achieve this, providing the perfect warmth to a space. 3. English Style Kitchens. Think rich wood cabinets paired with historical paint colours like soft blues and deep lush greens. Natural elements are also gaining popularity - limestone and butcher’s block countertops, large range alcoves, and wooden ceiling beams all contribute to a warm, timeless aesthetic that we predict to grow in 2025. At the forefront of this trend, our Alumiere Aluminium windows. Why? These windows and doors are the perfect match for discerning Australian homes. With architecturally inspired designs, bold frames, and oversized window openings that gaze into gardens, these windows complement the rich, natural look of English Style kitchens. "Akasha is a truly unique house that stems from our love of organic materials and creating a link between everyday life and nature. It may seem counter-intuitive, but a big part of celebrating the material choices was what’s not visually there. Stripping back to a minimal style, especially through the use of glass, was essential,"- John Coen, Director of Comdain Homes. If you're in the planning phase, we highly recommend you read this case study for inspiration. 'Akasha' is an example of how the use of vast expanses of glass ensures a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living across an entire home. Full article here: https://lnkd.in/ggkd7-Kx
