🚧 This week we celebrated the beginning of construction on the state-of-the-art clubhouse at our land lease community, Stockland #HalcyonEvergreen. ⚡ Located in Victoria, the all electric community for over 55’s will comprise 295 architecturally designed #homes, each with a 7-star energy rating and a 3.9 kilowatt #SolarSystem. 🏘️ Built by Jardon Group and designed by DC8 Studio, the clubhouse will include a library, social dining and recreational spaces, BBQ area, and a #health and #wellness precinct. ✨ “We understand that today’s over-55s are looking for more than just a home, they want a #community that is vibrant and connected, with quality facilities on their doorstep,” said Stockland General Manager Halcyon Victoria, James Westh. 🌟 Wilam Wiinj Bridge is open! 🤝 We partnered with Melbourne’s Hume City Council and City of Whittlesea to fund the new bridge that provides residents of our Cloverton masterplanned community with a secondary access point. 🔥 The Indigenous name Wilam Wiinj means “campfire” and refers to the campfires seen along the banks of the Merri Creek. 🎨 The steel sculpture of a campfire at the northern end of the bridge is in reference to the name and was designed by local artists Aunty Kim Wandin and Chris Joy from Murrup Biik. 🛣️ “We understand the importance of the bridge to the community and this secondary access point will help residents get to and from their homes and work, sooner,” said James Hawker.

🌟 Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese visits Gidget House at Stockland Harrisdale!   🎉 Over the weekend, the PM visited Stockland Harrisdale, one of two Stockland shopping centres that have recently welcomed the invaluable services of Gidget Foundation Australia.   👶 “Our town centres are hubs for the community, and supporting their health and wellbeing is a top priority for us. The opening of Gidget House Wendouree and Gidget House Harrisdale will increase the community’s access to services and raise awareness of the support available to parents struggling with perinatal depression and anxiety," said Fiona Papworth.
