Structial Building Pty Ltd specialises in the repair and rehabilitation of existing structures and buildings. Our clients are strata bodies, real estate agents, commercial property owners, industrial, power, water supply, mine operators, and infrastructure operators. We employ a highly versatile workforce that holds a wealth of construction related skills, qualifications and, most importantly, experience. We provide support to our site teams by employing technically qualified and experienced project managers and administration staff. We pride ourselves on being able to plan and execute complex projects within existing buildings be it residential complexes or operating facilities such as mines, power stations, hospitals and hotels to name a few. We work with our clients to understand their needs and constraints to deliver projects in a way that meets their requirements. We respond quickly to our client’s needs and ensure accountability and authority resides close to the work-face. This approach has resulted in a culture of minimal process and bureaucracy whilst ensuring simple, yet robust and effective, business systems are utilised. These systems are clearly understood by our staff and are beneficial to our project outcomes. Internal and external audit processes ensure that our systems are followed and remain relevant to our activities.
