Congratulations to repeat client Charter Hall on achieving a 5 Star Green Star and 6 Star Green Star certification respectively across Stage 1 and Stage 2 at their 27,000sqm Minto Logistics Hub in NSW. Completed in 2023, Minto Stage 1 has been awarded a 5-Star Green Star certification, and Minto Stage 2 (completed early this year) has achieved 6-Star Green Star certification, which is a testament to Charter Hall’s unwavering commitment to sustainability and innovation in industrial design. We’re proud to have worked alongside Charter Hall to deliver this project and look forward to continuing our collaboration on future developments. A big thank you to the entire project team and Sustainable Development Consultants Pty Ltd who played a pivotal role in making this achievement possible!

We’re super proud of our team’s recent Green Star achievement - we now have 75 projects certified by Green Building Council of Australia, with many more still in progress. There’s always more work to be done, but a greener, more efficient future will help safeguard it for generations to come.

SDC is thrilled to share that Eumemmerring Business Park has been awarded a Green Star Buildings certification, with a 5 Star Green Star rating representing Australian Excellence – making it the first industrial project in Australia to achieve a Green Star Buildings rating. In an already established industrial setting in Dandenong South and a former electrical parts site and relic of the 1970’s, Eumemmerring Business Park has successfully transformed into a beacon of modern sustainability. In addition to being the first industrial project in Australia to achieve a Green Star Buildings rating from Green Building Council of Australia , it is the second overall project in Australia and the very first in Victoria. This role will allow you to take advantage of our 75hr flexible fortnight, while focusing on a range of Green Star projects.
