Welcome to our new team member, Naeer Amin, who joins us as an Associate Consultant. Naeer is originally from Bangladesh and relocated to Australia to pursue a Master's degree in Data Science. Naeer's journey into the Data Science field started during his undergraduate studies in Computer Science, where he developed a deep interest in topics like Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and he realised he wanted to pursue a career in Data Science. He also gained two years' experience in the software industry before studying his Master's degree. Outside of work, Naeer is an avid football fan, especially when it comes to Manchester United. Naeer has committed himself to personal and professional growth, spending his spare time reading non-fiction books and exploring online courses. He also enjoys travelling, going for long walks, and immersing himself in nature. Naeer is excited to continue his learning journey with synogize and help our clients with all their data challenges, and we are very excited to welcome him to the synogize team.

When we launched our internship program 3 months ago, we knew it had great potential, but we weren’t sure what to expect from our first group of interns.
