We were thrilled to launch our white paper “Opportunities for UK Technology in the Australia & New Zealand Built Environment Sectors” last night in London. The event was led by Avi Naidu, our Co-founder and Managing Partner, and co-hosted by UK's Department for Business and Trade (as partners on the report), PGIM Real Estate, and UCL. Founders and executives from UK companies attended in-person and online, discovering the opportunities for data, AI and quantum technology markets in ANZ, as well as perspectives from UK companies on expanding overseas into Australia. Naqash Tahir (Executive Director - R&D and Investments - RealAssetX at PGIM Real Estate) and Dr Chris Moore (Technology Specialist at the Department for Business and Trade) shared perspectives on how customers in the global built environment sector are approaching data and AI challenges and the applications they expect will have the largest impact on the sector. Brittany Harris FICE (CEO and Co-founder of Qualis Flow (Qflow) and Léyoh Goodall (VP of Sales at Social Value Portal) shared about their companies' experiences expanding from the UK to Australia and beyond. We would like to sincerely thank our partners on the report, the Department for Business and Trade, and event co-hosts PGIM Real Estate and UCL for their essential contributions.
