Here’s a glimpse of our latest MAXe3 400kW Mining Motor (AFJE-MC), heading to a Mineral Sands Mine in WA to help extract valuable Zircon and Ilmenite. This motor has been engineered to handle the harsh conditions and high demands of mining operations.   Key technical features include:   ⚡ Heater fitted for reliable starting performance, keeping the motor above dew point in turn protecting the windings. ⚡ 2 sets of winding RTDs for precise temperature monitoring and protection. ⚡ Bearing RTDs to ensure real-time feedback on bearing temperatures allowing tracking of any changes in temperature. ⚡ 3 external earth points, including 2 on the terminal box side of the frame base for superior grounding especially when used on VVVF Drive. ⚡ Insulated Bearing and Earth Grounding, designed to prevent electrical discharge damage and ensures motor longevity.
