WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT TENDERS! Most people associate tender preparation with long hours and lots of work! While this might be true in many cases, these are the top three things we enjoy about tenders: 1. Team building – preparing a tender can build camaraderie amongst your colleagues. This helps to relieve stress and facilitate a better offering from your team. 2. Storytelling – writing a tender requires telling a story about how your company will deliver the contract. A strong narrative not only engages the reader, but lights up our brains! 3. Transferrable skills – bidding requires a range of skills and capabilities, including time management, clear written communications, as well as patience and resilience. Being a valuable member of a tender team will give you a strong platform for your professional development.
