Based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, and in operation since 2008, Terra Drilling is a family based company, privately owned by Toad and Patricia Dowdall, offering diamond drilling services to meet the needs of the growing Australian resource sector.
Our Leadership Team and crew have a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise which goes hand-in-hand with our 4 x KWL Boart Longyear Drill Rigs and 4 x Hanjin track-mounted Drill Rigs, supported by our fleet of MAN Trucks and Toyota Landcruisers. We also have our own logistics department, so can keep the costs down on your mobilisation requirements anywhere in Australia, along with quality camps to assist with remote drill programs. We have satellite communications available at all our rigs and camps, keeping the lines of communication open at all times for both Clients and Crew.
Our Client focus and company moto is “Drilling for your Success” and we back this up with the latest cloud-based technology in e-plods from Coreplan. Coreplan software allows us to capture drill data straight from the rig, with easy access for our Clients to track drill production and rig performance, keeping them on track and on budget.
We also invest heavily in our people, with a clear training programme available for all of our Drillers and Offsiders, with many participating in the appropriate certifications for the drilling industry, assisting in keeping everyone safe, every day.
