What if Trump (or Harris) wins? is a book and a “pick-your-own-pathway” activity to help you prepare to resist authoritarianism and protect democracy. It has been released in June 2024 in the lead up to the election in November 2024 between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. The goal of this pathway adventure is to pivot away from just what might Trump do — and towards the question: What will you do? https://lnkd.in/gsMWw7jD

The European Center for Digital Action is now featured on The Commons Social Change Library! The European Center for Digital Action is a nonprofit association based in Belgium that supports progressive organizations and political parties across Europe. They aim to empower these groups by providing digital organizing tools, comprehensive training, and specialized expertise. Their core competency is using digital tools to open campaigns up to everyday citizens – so they can contribute their time, voice, and money to push campaigns to victory. In a time when silence speaks volumes, Australian arts, culture, and non-profit organisations are under heightened scrutiny for their responses—or lack thereof—to the ongoing genocide in Palestine. This moment calls for more than just acknowledgment; it demands action, dialogue, and a commitment to upholding human rights. As organisations, we can learn and change and get better. We can acknowledge mistakes and that intentions count less than how something is received. We can be accountable when things go wrong. We can apologise and ask those we’ve hurt how best to move on.
