  • What do our customers think of us? It's time to find out again, so yesterday afternoon, our CSI survey was sent to our Australia and New Zealand customer database. We're lucky. Each time we do this, we receive lots of rich feedback on the good, the bad, and the ugly, as well as fantastic suggestions on where new product and service opportunities might lie. We really value this feedback and appreciate the time and effort people put into sharing their thoughts. It definitely helps focus our efforts over the coming months.
