Our Global Executive Director of Supply Chain, Tom Fitz-Walter, recently spoke with Inside Small Business on the steps SMEs can take to protect their supply chains. Congratulations to our client Henning Harders Contract Logistics on their new distribution centre in Sydney!  “We are delighted to be opening our second distribution centre as we build out our national 3PL footprint,” Henning Harders’ Chief Commercial Officer – Contract Logistics Jacques Roux said.   TMX supported Henning Harders with property procurement, undertaking an in-depth market search to identify suitable properties across the western Sydney corridor.   Henning Harders has moved into an existing facility within Goodman’s Horsley Park estate, a fully racked warehouse which accommodates specialised dangerous goods storage and up to 8,500 pallet positions.   This facility complements the recently completed 12,500 pallet Melbourne warehouse that was designed and procured by TMX.   Adam McDonald Alastair Evans  #IndustrialRealEstate #SupplyChain #Property

Starting the new year with a progress update! 🔨 A significant milestone for our client Daikin Australia as the structural steel is nearing completion at Daikin’s new 7,500sqm production facility and 800 sqm two-storey office in Sydney’s west!
