Client Services Manager | Spearheading Marketing and Client Engagement across Private Wealth Management

I had the pleasure of attending the inaugural 2024 Australian Wealth Management Summit at The Star Entertainment Group representing Solomons Group. The event showcased a series of insightful keynote addresses on key topics in #financialadvisory and the broader #markets. Highlights included Mariana Paul (née Ibrahim), CAIA discussing alternative asset classes, Shane Oliver providing a macroeconomic update, and Senator Jane Hume emphasising the role of Australian business owners. A standout insight from Daniel Bower & Bill Keogh was the increasing allocation to #cash and while it's often a set and forget, actively managing your client's cash allocation can prevent leaving gains on the table. Already looking forward to next year’s summit! 💎 #Australianwealthmanagementsummit2024 #financialadviser #momentummedia

It really pays to think laterally when it comes to cash management. Any entity that holds material amounts of cash / even for short periods has the opportunity to optimise returns via smart solutions. transact1 is fully owned and backed by FinClear.

If you are attending the Australian Wealth Management Summit be sure to check out our morning keynote titled 'The art of cash management: Why banks don’t always want your money'💵 Cash management is not always what it seems. Banks want your money so they can lend it out, don’t they? Well yes, kind of but not always…they want it at their price not yours. Let us take you through the refined art of cash and money management and what banks really care about. More importantly let’s talk about how you can get the banks to work for you, not the other way around. In this session FinClear's Daniel Bower and transact1's Bill Keogh will discuss: - Term deposit accounts, what they actually are, how they differ, and why you need to look more broadly🔒 - When is an offered rate a real rate and when is it simply clickbait? We put a spotlight on the labyrinth of money management🔦 - Australia and US rate changes mean you can currently get better cash rates overseas, we take a look at strategies to help you access cash around the globe in real time🌎 More about the event here 👉https://bit.ly/3vc6VPp

Did you know many young people are facing challenges beyond their ability to cope? • 1 in 10 are disengaged from education, training and employment • 1 in 4 have a mental health challenge • Tragically, more young people die from suicide than any other cause. By giving them the tools of resilience, in an environment that nurtures their social and emotional wellbeing, TRACTION helps young people to engage in learning, build connections, develop skills for healthy relationships, consider future employment pathways, and better manage life’s challenges. FinClear are proud to be sponsoring Bill Keogh in this years BEYOND Cycling Challenge to raise money to support these life changing programs. Bill will be putting his body on the line in April to ride the physically and mentally challenging 5 day journey 800kms across South East Queensland (We know you can do it Bill!) 🚴♂️🌴⚙ More information on TRACTION and their programs: https://lnkd.in/g_MBNur Or to make a tax deductable donation to help Bill support this worthy cause please visit: https://lnkd.in/gE-WMgTU

The start of a new year is a time for reflection and review. This review for most people almost always includes setting a financial goal for the year ahead. If you have cash invested in a term deposit account, it’s probably worth taking a look to see what rate you are getting for your cash today. That enticing honeymoon rate period has probably come to an end, and you might not actually be getting the rate you once thought you were.   This is where the Transact1 Wealth Income Fund comes into its own. Transact1 is a fully automated system that continuously seeks the best rate from a panel of banks and transacts cash efficiently. This panel includes leading Australian and international banks. There are no delays, paperwork, or extra administrative costs, it is all automated.    Transact1, part of the FinClear Group, has a five-year track record helping financial institutions including super funds manage cash allocations, and now manages $3+ billion on its platform. A specialist in cash management, this unique and proven cloud-based infrastructure provides transparency, security, daily liquidity, and accessible reporting.   So, if you are a wealth manager looking for a better rate for your clients or you are a client wanting a better return, take a look at transact1 this year. https://bit.ly/3PTd9LH #cashinvestment #wealthmanager #liquidity #fintech

Given the rapid amount of interest rate rises over the last 18 months, investing in cash products at the highest rate 'with an emphasis on flexibility' has become a priority for many. It's also why we recently launched the Wealth Cash Income Fund. The Transact1 model is one of active cash management in Term Deposit’s offered by major banks and financial institutions. The approach has outperformed other products in both a falling and rising interest rate environment over the past five years - a result difficult to achieve efficiently where investors manage their own cash manually. For example, if an investor had the access to the RBA rate over the past year (which they generally don’t with traditional banking products) their return would have been 3.71%, where the Wealth Cash Income Fund returned 4.26% during the same period while also offering daily liquidity. So other than a better return why else would you invest in the Wealth Cash Income Fund with Transact1? ✳ Transact1 have a live track record across 5 years outperforming RBA cash and related benchmarks. ✳ The RBA has lifted the cash rate 8 times in 1 year from 2.35% to 4.35%, during this time Transact1 clients have outperformed throughout this cycle as they did in a low interest rate environment. ✳ Our fees are some of the lowest if not the lowest available for cash investment products at 14 bps and they offer daily access to fee free liquidity. ✳ Transact1 actively accesses multiple banks and financial institutions for their portfolio; unlike some competitors who only use banks that pay them a commission. ✳ The Transact1 team use algorithms to build term deposit portfolios targeting return and liquidity and offer detailed transparent reporting.   transact1 do all the work, so the cash investment is always working at its hardest. It’s a set and forget approach to cash investing... see, told you we can make you look good. Find out how good here https://bit.ly/3PTd9LH #cashinvestment #wealthmanager #liquidity
