Talk about a rollercoaster ride! 🎢 William, one of our amazing bus drivers with over 20 years of experience, just turned a customer's nightmare into a heartwarming story! Here's what went down: 🕐 12:25 PM: Customer boards route 379 in Bondi Beach. 💼 Left behind: A case with $3,150 cash! 🦸♂️ Enter our hero, William, who assisted a concerned customer and later found a lost case while he checked his bus at the end of his trip. 🏆 William safely returned it to the depot 🤝 Our Customer Experience team and depot staff efficiently managed the return process 🎉 Happy ending: Money safely returned to one VERY relieved passenger!
