Its been a busy few weeks at the office fitout project. For this project we prepared the Codes SEPP planning report, lodged the CDC application through the NSW planning portal to secured approval so works could commence on the fit out. We are so excited for our clients at Lakesland. We were first introduced back in 2022 when they were working with Straightline Studio Co designing their dream home. From then we have worked on the DA for the house and swimming pool along withthe S68 application for the wastewater system.
