Wattletree Capital Partners is led by partners Matthew Williams and Patrick Prendiville. As 2024 gets underway, I have reflected on the incredible year-and-a-half journey I've had with Wattletree Capital Partners, which has been nothing short of an enriching experience. I've had the privilege of diving deep into the private equity space, attending the first Search Fund conference in Sydney and gaining hands-on experience that has truly shaped my professional growth. The successful acquisition of AEFS in December 2023 stands as a testament to the collective dedication and expertise of the team. I am proud to have played a role in this achievement, and it's incredibly rewarding to see our efforts translate into success. I am immensely grateful for the mentorship, guidance, and entrepreneurial spirit that defines the Wattletree Capital culture. It has been a pleasure to work alongside such a talented and dedicated duo - Pat Prendiville and Matthew Williams.

We are thrilled to share that last week, Wattletree Capital Partners successfully completed the acquisition of All Essential Fire & Security (AEFS). Fire protection is critical for businesses – it ensures that their employees return home safely from work and that their assets are safe. AEFS is a key player in the Melbourne ecosystem. We would like to express our thanks to our investors who have been on the journey with us over the last 2 years. We would not be at this point without their guidance, coaching and mentorship. We would also like to thank our interns for their efforts. Our focus going forward is leading the team while maintaining the highest level of services for our clients. We are excited about what the future holds for this great company in an essential industry.
