Academic assessments provide valuable and detailed insights into students' strengths and areas for development, which has a range of benefits for students, their families, and their support services. When families have access to meaningful, relevant data, they can make more informed choices about the support services they engage, resulting in better outcomes for all. For families choosing to engage a tutor to support their child's learning, beginning with an academic assessment enhances the already personalised and targeted approach to academic intervention. Assessments are also a fantastic tool to measure student progress over time. Our K-6 literacy and numeracy assessments offered in our Kirrawee centre range from 30 to 90 minutes in length, depending on the student's age and the subjects to assess. If you're looking to gain a more thorough understanding of your child's learning needs, or if you're considering tutoring for your child in primary school, assessments are available for booking here: https://lnkd.in/gpBReGMr

We envision a world where, through education and mentoring, people are deeply empowered to express leadership and action
About us
We envision a world where, through education and mentoring, people are deeply empowered to express leadership and undertake enriching actions for themselves and within their community. Founded in the Sutherland Shire, NSW Australia, our founder Darian started building funds for We, Future Leaders by tutoring local students from Kindergarten to Year 12. She continually involves herself in the community through volunteer and charity operations, making a difference locally and inspiring other businesses and organisations to follow. We, Future Leaders are now expanding, and hope to create a new wave of youth to become leaders and change makers. We would love you to become a part of the movement! Every child deserves a childhood, and every child deserves the right to a quality education. It baffles and saddens us that this is not the case for thousands of Australian kids, and millions globally. Our mission is to create a world where children are not only educated, but also empowered to leave the world a better state than they found it.

NSW Young Woman of the Year 2021 & 2024 Finalist Founder - We, Future Leaders Educating and empowering Aussie kids 🌏
As the new group of HSC students recently began their senior year, and study expectations continue to increase, it's critical that students find the right balance between resting these holidays and getting themselves ahead in their study. After just seeing my 2023 HSC graduates complete their exams, I want to share with you all six important points to make Year 12 less stressful and more successful for the new cohort. 🌱 Effective study does not equal huge amounts of aimless study 🌱 Students' mindset towards learning is just as important as the learning they do 🌱 Resourceful students outperform others, i.e. those who make the most of what they have, do better 🌱 Utilising the Dec/Jan holidays effectively makes all the difference to stress and success 🌱 Regular reflection is critical for wellbeing as well as for tracking progress 🌱 Students who procrastinate aren't 'lazy', there is always more going on beneath the surface Most students don't realise all of this (and more) until too late in the HSC year. If you know a year 12 student, make sure you have a conversation with them about how they're feeling about their studies and offer support where appropriate. We all play a vital role in helping these students through what is perceived by many HSC students, as their most stressful year of their life so far. If you know a HSC student who would benefit from more support in an engaging, supportive and professional environment, I am hosting TWO workshops over the coming weeks to teach HSC students how to leverage their school holidays most effectively.
