🌍 This World Occupational Therapy Day is a call to action for true inclusivity, with the theme, 'Occupational Therapy for All.' Occupational therapy goes beyond helping people get through the day, it’s about empowering them to live fully on their own terms, no matter their circumstances. Whether it’s adapting spaces for accessibility, building essential daily skills, or boosting confidence, OT professionals champion the idea that everyone deserves the chance to participate in the meaningful parts of life. At Beneco, we’re proud to support our incredible OTs who make this mission a reality every day. Don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more about how our OTs can help you. 💚

Novon Lighting, you lit up our day 💡 We loved being there, thanks so much for having us 🙏💚
Today at Novon Lighting, we were joined by Stephanie from Beneco, as we took a moment to ask ourselves, our colleagues, and friends… R U OK? While this week is dedicated to raising awareness around this important question, we believe it’s vital to ask anytime. Whether it's at work, at home, or in your local community, checking in with those around you is something we can do every day. As the demands of our roles, families, and daily lives grow, it’s crucial to stay mindful of how we, and those in our environments, are really doing. Today’s workshop with Stephanie helped us reflect on our well-being across different areas of life. We learned how important it is to regularly check in with ourselves and recognise the parts of life that may need more attention. Starting conversations about mental health can be tough, but you can make a difference by following these four simple steps: 1. Ask R U OK? 2. Listen with empathy 3. Encourage action 4. Check in again later Let’s keep this conversation going—every day.

Today is R U OK?Day. It’s a day to remind us all to check in with those around us—not just today, but any day. Seeing conversations about this on your feed is a positive thing! The more we reach out and ask how people are doing, the better chance they have to share their feelings. We understand that it can be tough to ask if someone is okay, but these simple steps can make a difference: 1️⃣ Ask 2️⃣ Listen 3️⃣ Encourage Action 4️⃣ Check In You don’t need to be an expert to reach out—just a good friend and a great listener.
