Here’s what he shared: A Better Experience for Policyholders Our online lodgement form is embedded right into the broker’s website, making it easy for policyholders to lodge claims. The form guides them step by step, ensuring all the right information is captured upfront. No gaps, no back and forth. Making Life Easier for Brokers Once the policyholder lodges their claim, it’s handed over to the broker’s team. Wilbur’s AI checklist automatically checks the details, so brokers can focus on reviewing and submitting the claim instead of rekeying data. Real-Time Insurer Connections We’ve partnered with over 30 insurers to streamline the process even further. Claims are lodged directly, and claim numbers are issued instantly—no more waiting for days to hear back.
