We need your help community! Where are all the CIOs and CTOs? You may be aware that we created a new program this year to support female technology graduates by providing an opportunity to shadow a CIO/CTO or equivalent in industry to gain a greater understanding of their chosen field from not only a practical sense, but also to support their confidence, networking skills and grow opportunities. We have 15 very eager graduates who have signed up for the program but only 3 leaders! These graduates need your support and role modelling...please consider if you are able to help for just one day! See details here: https://lnkd.in/grtPkk4v Please reach out if you have any questions. If you could share with any CIO's or CTO's in your network, we are seeking support across all industries both male and female leaders are being sought.

📌 Data#3 had a successful sponsorship at the 2023 WIT Awards! ✅ "Sponsoring the Photo Booth was a smart move, providing high visibility for our brand as attendees took and shared photos throughout the event with our LOGO on each photo! Positive feedback from clients, both during and after the event, suggests that the sponsorship not only enhanced our brand recognition but also demonstrated our strong support for WIT. This kind of engagement is valuable as it helps to strengthen our client relationships and enhance our company's reputation as well. If you’re considering sponsoring in the future, this positive experience could assist your decision making in supporting WIT!" 🥂🎉 - Ray Merlano, Queensland General Manager Data#3 👉 If you think your organisation would like to become and associate sponsor for our WiT Awards, please reach out. ❓ What would it mean to you if 2024 was the year you finally were recognised, rewarded and appreciated for all your achievements, skills and expertise? 👌 Our final interactive workshop this year is going to be big – we’re going to dig into why you’re shying away from being more visible, from standing out, for being rewarded and recognised for all the incredible contributions that you are making. Things like your commitment to perfectionism, difficulty in communicating your value and worrying about being judged or criticised. 🫶 Join Authors of Core Confidence, Kate Boorer and Fiona Pearman, for Amplify 2024. ✅ The third and final in our series of 2024 Career Accelerators, following the hugely successful Rise and Momentum this year. 👉 Register now: https://lnkd.in/gHxdycVh . . #Amplify #CareerDevelopment #ProfessionalDevelopment

📌 Over the last two Quarters, the Board has been dedicated to refreshing WiT’s Strategy. The focus has been to provide Members with more opportunities to gain value from their membership while continuing to empower women across STEM. Key discussion points have been the balance between ensuring the sustainability of the organisation and maintaining a laser focus on reinvesting member contributions, as well as our responsibility to lift your voice through advocacy. We eagerly anticipate implementing a focused and targeted strategy for WiT, set to come to life in the next 2-3 years. We are excited to support the organisation in its next phase of member-focused growth and development. As the incoming Chair, I’m thrilled to be the caretaker of the Board's vision for WiT’s future. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Kelly for her exceptional tenure as our board chair. Her unwavering dedication and support have been truly phenomenal. - Iyari Cevallos (Chair) . . #WiT #Board #Direction
