A recent survey from Australian HR Institute (AHRI) highlighted that 60% of Australian leaders felt that they were struggling to fulfill their roles. The Australian Productivity Commission reports that while Australians are hard workers (5th highest in the OECD) we rank much lower in being able to get the best out of others by working smarter (16th in the OECD). #leadershipdevelopment and #executivedevelopment can help our leaders move from 'struggle town' to thriving, and can also have a demonstratable effect in shifting the dial on workplace productivity and performance. We were delighted to help sponsor some of the materials utilised by the Helping Hands Program founded by Dr Matthew Henricks as he ran this program at his son's primary school.
