Our Director Daniela Kraus spent a morning with a group of senior leader from International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) hosting a tailored XVenture Mind Games session... it was the epitome of learning through fun with themes connected to Operational Finance Excellence. Challenges in the virtual world environment developed and tested the team's knowledge of cyber security, sustainability, ethics in business, health and safety and culture. It’s refreshing to work with organisations who ‘walk the talk’ when it comes to employee engagement and ongoing learning and development. It was fantastic working with International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) best and brightest team of cross-functional leaders who meet every month to learn, grow and develop. (PS WHAT A FANTASTIC VENUE!) This month the focus was "Change Management" and we were invited to engage participants in XVenture Mind Games - Change Management. In a virtual world, teams had to complete as many Change Management themed challenges as possible - this aided in embedding, applying and testing new knowledge.
