Dimitrijevic & Partners value every positive social engagement, and especially that in the field of recreational sport. Back in 2015 our founding partner Stevan Dimitrijevic established also local running club “TRK” that organized this September another road race in Banjaluka. That was a jubilee 10th Banjaluka Half-Marathon and 4th Banjaluka Marathon. He also participated on 21km distance. All runners got the medal so did he. Key discussions also focused on the challenges and future of arbitration law in the region.   The conference commenced with an insightful keynote address by Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), who plays a crucial role in promoting the modernization of international trade law.   As proud sponsors of this event, our team, led by Senior Partner Stevan Dimitrijevic, who took on the dual role of organizer and speaker, made a significant impact in the promotion of arbitration and ADR as a whole. Davorin Marinkovic, partner and head of our Energy & Infrastructure, spoke about the energy transition and the energy justice at XIX International Summer School - “Multi-Level Governance for Climate and Energy Security” organized Regional Education and Information Centre for Sustainable Development in South-East Europe - REIC.
