𝐁𝐈𝐌 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐇𝐲𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐙𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 We are proud to have been selected by D&Z Zadar as the BIM consultants and developers for the prestigious Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska – the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Croatia, located at the site of the historic Maraska drinks factory. 🏛️ Our responsibilities in this significant project included BIM model creation and project management, in close collaboration with D&Z as lead architects. We took on the challenge of transforming the preliminary design into a comprehensive BIM model and developing the Detailed Design. Key Challenges We Solved Using BIM: - Managing and delivering under tight deadlines. - Adapting the design to meet the hotel operator’s standards. - Addressing requirements from HVAC and structural designers. - Detecting and resolving design oversights early, saving both time and money during the design and construction phases. About the Project: The Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska will feature 130 luxury rooms, a world-class spa and wellness center, and a conference center. Designed by the renowned architect Boris Podrecca, this project masterfully merges historic architecture with modern design. The hotel’s interior is being crafted by DeSallesFlint, British specialists in luxury hotel interiors. This €100 million project is a perfect example of how BIM technology enhances project execution and creates value from the initial design phase to construction.
