I’ve waited patiently for this follow up album from virtuoso Alex Dowerk since he released Zweiton’s Form. To say I am surprised is an understatement. This recent release is a complete evolution of a musician who is already a master at his craft. Your favorite artists are supposed to keep you guessing aren’t they?

Zweiton’s Gestalt brings some incredible songwriting and vocals to the already impeccable instrumental style released in the past. And most importantly… this album fucking rocks

If I found a magic lamp, and a genie popped out… one of my wishes would be to have these three master musicians creating in a group together.
Sounds like music that comes from a planet or country that doesn’t exist, at least as far as we know. Alien space grooves, tastefully cooked up in the hot sweltering touch guitar kitchens of Trey and Markus. Is there a better drummer on the planet than Pat Mastelotto? I don’t think so. Highly recommend.
