Another prime example as to why Gizz's acoustic sets are absolutely peak. For detractors of Detroit's...."looser" vibe, shall we call it, you'll be pleased to hear they were much more on form here. The Horology suite unplugged makes me yearn for a full acoustic rendition of Polygondwanaland (of which we're already halfway there), Witchcraft > Chang'e was very cool, and TSC title track and Magma were phenomenal.

I'm not forgiving them for that Gaia tease though. Fuck you guys, you really had me.

The semi-acoustic part of this set was really cool, proper throwback with those old deep cuts (the jammy bits of 'It's Got Old' and 'Dirt' are so good). Sick to have a proper recording of 'Tetrachromacy' too; glad to have it finally after it was cut from Night 3 of Red Rocks '22.
