  • Tiffany Eslick from Nourish by Spinneys Magazine is currently in Barbados sampling the best of our island’s food, drink, and culture. Today, she visited the Cocktail Kitchen, a restaurant co-owned by one of our local Chefs, Damian Leach, where she enjoyed their take on a classic dish of roasted breadfruit stuffed with a lobster and saltfish mix topped with Tobiko and pepper sauce aioli. She also enjoyed three delicious drinks by master mixologist Alex Chandler - his take on a traditional rum punch, a Cosmo infused with grapefruit and sorrel, and even a non-alcoholic cocktail that carries all the features of our beloved pudding and souse without the souse. Thank you for visiting Barbados Tiffany, and we hope to have you back very soon for our Ultimate Foodies Dream Weekend, the Barbados Food and Rum Festival happening from October 24th - 27th. #TheBTMI #LoveBarbados #MyBarbados #BarbadosFoodandRumFestival #FeedtheFuture
