আরবি চান্দ্রবর্ষের সপ্তম মাস হলো রজব। এ মাসের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আরও আমল হলো অধিক পরিমাণে কোরআন তিলাওয়াত করা; কোরআন তিলাওয়াত শিক্ষা করা ও শিক্ষা দেওয়া; যাঁরা জানেন তাঁদের জন্য সহিহ্-শুদ্ধ করা এবং অর্থসহ শেখা। রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) রজব ও শাবান মাসব্যাপী এ দোয়া বেশি পরিমাণে পড়তেন, "اللَّهُمَّ بارِكْ لنا في رَجَبٍ وشَعْبانَ، وبَلِّغْنا رَمَضانَ" ‘আল্লাহুম্মা বারিক লানা ফি রজব ওয়া শাবান, ওয়া বাল্লিগ না রমাদান’। অর্থ, ‘হে আল্লাহ! রজব মাস ও শাবান মাস আমাদের জন্য বরকতময় করুন; রমজান মাস আমাদের নসিব করুন।’ (বুখারি ও মুসলিম)। উম্মে সালমা (রা.) বলেন, নবী করিম (সা.) রমজান মাস ছাড়া সবচেয়ে বেশি রোজা পালন করতেন শাবান মাসে, অতঃপর রজব মাসে। হজরত আয়েশা সিদ্দিকা (রা.) বলেন, ‘যখন রজব মাস আসত, তা আমরা নবীজি (সা.)–এর আমলের আধিক্য দেখে বুঝতে পারতাম।’ কোনো কোনো বর্ণনায় পাওয়া যায়, নবীজি (সা.) রজব মাসে ১০টি রোজা রাখতেন, শাবান মাসে ২০টি রোজা রাখতেন; রমজান মাসে ৩০টি রোজা রাখতেন। (দারিমি)। রজব মাসের বিশেষ আমল হলো বেশি বেশি নফল রোজা রাখা। বিশেষত প্রতি সোমবার, বৃহস্পতিবার, শুক্রবার এবং মাসের ১, ১০; ১৩, ১৪, ১৫; ২০, ২৯, ৩০ তারিখ রোজা রাখা। অধিক হারে নফল নামাজ পড়া। বিশেষ করে তাহাজ্জুদ, ইশরাক, চাশত-দোহা, জাওয়াল, আউয়াবিন; তাহিয়্যাতুল অজু, দুখুলুল মাসজিদ ইত্যাদি আদায় করা। Read more: https://lnkd.in/gNmBndC8
