On 4th May, 2024, at the Central Auditorium of IIUC, an enlightening Seminar on "𝐃𝐞𝐯 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬: 𝐀 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬" was hosted by IEEE Computer Society IIUC SBC in collaboration with IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter, and IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter Secretariat! The event was hosted by 𝐑𝐢𝐣𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞, Program Executive of IEEE Computer Society IIUC. It started with the welcoming speech from 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐲, General Secretary of IEEE Computer Society IIUC SBC followed by the speech of the special guests, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 (Associate Professor & Chairman of CSE, IIUC), 𝐃𝐫. 𝐘𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐭 (Counselor of IEEE IIUC Student Branch, Chairman & Associate Professor of the Department of EEE, IIUC), 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐊𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 (Mentor, IEEE IIUC SB & Assistant Professor, Dept. of EEE), 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐤𝐝𝐞𝐫 (Dean, Faculty of Social Science, IIUC). The tokens of appreciation were handed out by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐫𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐚 (Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor of IIUC) to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐛 (COO, Programming Hero) & 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 (Campus Ambassador, Programming Hero). Then the Best Volunteer Award for Male and Female were respectively given to 𝙉𝙖𝙯𝙢𝙪𝙡 𝙃𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙣 𝙉𝙖𝙚𝙚𝙢, Executive Member, IEEE CS IIUC SBC and 𝙐𝙢𝙢𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝙈𝙞𝙢, Program Coordinator, IEEE CS IIUC SBC. Then honorable Pro-VC Sir and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐮𝐥 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐢𝐫 (Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, IIUC, and the Advisor of IEEE CS IIUC SBC, Professor, Dept of CSE) gave their valuable speech. Shortly, after that the highly anticipated technical sessions started. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐛𝐮𝐛 (𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨) kicked off the session with his virtual presentation on "𝐃𝐞𝐯 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯'𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫", sharing valuable insights. Then 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐛 (𝐂𝐎𝐎, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨) took the stage to discuss "𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭", shedding light on industry trends and opportunities. After that, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐮𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧, (𝐖𝐞𝐛 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨), delved into "𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬: 𝐀 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬", offering practical guidance. Lastly, the event was ended with the Vote of Thanks from 𝐒𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐦, 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫, IEEE CS IIUC SBC! With engaging Q&A sessions, amazing guests, outstanding speakers and a hardworking team, the seminar by IEEE Computer Society IIUC Student Branch Chapter was a huge success with over 450 enthusiastic attendees!
