Position: Territory Officer/Territory Manager - Regional Sales Role Overview: Territory Officer/Territory Manager is a role responsible to improve business in grass route level along with market enhancement. Key Responsibilities: Ø Strategy, Business plan & Target: • Responsible for achieving all the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective Territory. • Assist Area Manager to prepare business plan and target allocation. • Help in decision making process for monthly/quarterly performance review and market analysis. Ø Operation &Team Management: • Monitoring stock flow, market movement, sales promotions to ensure successful execution. • Active involvement in business session with various channel partners, distribution owners and key stake holders. • Responsible for training of distributor’s employees. • Responsible for hiring of sales staffs and evaluation of their performance. • Morning and evening meeting with team members to discuss important issues and give guidelines for smooth operations. • Regular market visits to ensure teams are maintaining their market visit as per the plan/KPI. • Maintaining good relationship with trade channels. • Ensure required market visibility as per Nagad guideline. Ø Business development & coordination: • Look for new opportunities to expand Nagad business in the respective area/territory. • Coordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as per delegation by Regional Sales Manager as and when it requires. • Liaison with sales operations, strategy development, trade marketing, marketing team for all sort of business-related issues. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have: Ø Experience: · 2 years of experience in front-line sales in reputed DFS, MFS, FMCG and Telecom Industry. Ø Special Attributes: ·Positive mindset to work & live in remote areas. ·Ability to adapt & take up challenges in a fast-paced working environment. ·Excellent written and oral communication skills. ·Strong presentation & facilitation skills. ·Strong influencing skills. ·Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizing capabilities. ·Good interpersonal and networking skills. *The job location for this position can be anywhere in Bangladesh. Considering the severe flood situation in the country, the daily limit of cash in, cash out and send money services has been increased to BDT 50,000 in each case. The monthly limit for these three services has also been increased to BDT 300,000, BDT 250,000 and BDT 300,000 respectively. These limit changes will remain effective until further notice.
