Incorporate motion design where applicable to enhance user interaction and engagement. ● Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on feedback. ● Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ● B.Sc./M.Sc. in CSE from any reputed University. ● 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. ● Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. ● Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory. ● Ability to define user journeys and create user flows that enhance usability. ● Basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers. ● Excellent graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing illustrations, icons, and other visual designs. ● Experience with motion design is a plus. ● Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ● Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
