Young voices rise for change: Global Climate Strike organized by Towards Sustainability - TS ALONG PARTNERS, 350.org Bangladesh, Bangladesh Environmental Lawyers Association-BELA, and Save the Children in Bangladesh in Khulna Today, Professor Md. ‘করবো ভূমি পুনরুদ্ধার, রুখবো মরুময়তা, অর্জন করতে হবে মোদের খরা সহনশীলতা’ এবছর বিশ্ব পরিবেশ দিবসের এই প্রতিপাদ্যের দিকে লক্ষ্য রেখে আমরা বাগেরহাট সাহাপাড়া সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের সম্মিলিত অংশগ্রহণে বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গনে বৃক্ষরোপণের ব্যবস্থা করি। শিক্ষার্থীদের একটি সেশনের মাধ্যমে পরিবেশ, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন, এবং বর্তমান সময়ে তীব্র তাপদাহ সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হয়। এছাড়াও আমরা সেশনটির মাঝে বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে গ্রুপ ওয়ার্কের ব্যবস্থা করি যেখানে শিক্ষার্থীরা পরিবেশ দূষণের কারণ এবং দূষণরোধে করণীয় উল্লেখ করে। স্কুলের শিক্ষক এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের যথাযথ অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে ইন্টারেক্টিভ সেশনটি সুন্দরভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে সক্ষম হই। #WorldEnvironmentDay2024 #TowardsSustainability

Stark Bangladesh will be joining as an implementing partner in "Project Life Tree - প্রজেক্ট জীবন বৃক্ষ" with Towards Sustainability - TS in the Sylhet Division. Stark Bangladesh is a youth organization dedicated to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate Action) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) & Goal 17 (Partnership) in Bangladesh. Established on December 1st, 2017. Stark Bangladesh firmly believes that “If you want to change the world, you have to change yourself first” and their motto is “Let’s Change”. To accomplish their vision, they are paying attention to climate action and focusing on the sustainable solution to reduce the harms of climate change. Their events are focused on Climate Awareness, Education and Movements. Towards Sustainability এর উদ্যোগে শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে "প্রজেক্ট জীবন বৃক্ষ - Project Life Tree" যেখানে আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশ ব্যাপী সঠিক সময়ে, সঠিক জায়গায়, সঠিক বৃক্ষরোপণের একটি পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করেছি । এই পরিকল্পনার আওতায় ট্রি গার্ডিয়ানশিপ ( Tree Guardianship) প্রোগ্রাম ও চালু করা হয়েছে যার মাধ্যমে নিয়মিত গাছে পানি দেওয়া, মাঝে মধ্যে আগাছা পরিষ্কার করা এবং রোপণ করা গাছের উন্নতির দিকে খেয়াল রাখা হবে। এছাড়াও আমাদের একটি ফেসবুক কমিউনিটি গ্রুপ রয়েছে ("প্রজেক্ট জীবন বৃক্ষ - Project Life Tree")যার মাধ্যমে কমিউনিটির প্রতিটি সদস্য তাদের গাছের অবস্থা শেয়ার করতে পারবে এবং কোন ধরণের সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে একে অপরকে পরামর্শ দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে সাহায্য করতে পারবে।পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষার জন্য এই উদ্যোগে এগিয়ে আসার সময় এখনই। যেকোন ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান আমাদের এই উদ্যোগে যোগ দিতে পারবে। গ্রুপ লিংক - https://lnkd.in/gWHPFAfB #towards_sustainability #project_life_tree #প্রজেক্ট_জীবন_বৃক্ষ
