𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 : — A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and managing complex projects in Belgium, both in conceptual and execution phases. — A working knowledge of REVIT, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. — Knowledge of rendering software (SketchUp, 3DS, V-Ray) and ability with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo) are a plus. 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿 : — A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in modeling complex projects, both at a conceptual and execution phase. — A working knowledge of Revit and BIM 360. — Knowledge of rendering software (SketchUp, 3DS, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo) are a plus. ARQUITETO CONVIDA | WELLBE Lisboa, Portugal 🇬🇧 This month, Arquiteto Convida took us to Parque das Nações to visit our WellBe project - a collaboration with A2M Architecture. This initiative which allows S+A employees to get to know the practice’s projects, was guided by Tiago Sallas who had the opportunity to address significant issues in the construction of these 3 smart buildings connected between them with the main focus on sustainability. Focused on training and quality, S+A awakens and encourages curiosity by sharpening their employee’s attention. 🇵🇹 Este mês, o Arquiteto Convida levou-nos até ao Parque da Nações para visitar o projeto WellBe - uma colaboração com a A2M Architecture. Mantendo esta iniciativa que permite aos colaboradores da S+A conhecer as obras do atelier, o Arquiteto Tiago Sallas guiou a visita, onde teve a oportunidade de abordar temas importantes na construção destes 3 edifícios inteligentes interligados entre si e cujo foco principal foi a sustentabilidade. In Evere verkregen we de vergunning voor de herontwikkeling van een derde kantoorgebouw! 🙌 Met de reconversie naar 177 appartementen en gedeelde leefruimtes zet Matexi verder in op duurzame stadsontwikkeling en opwaardering in een omgeving waar veel nood is aan extra woonruimte. Het gebouw ligt in een buurt met veel voorzieningen, die bovendien goed bereikbaar is per openbaar vervoer voor de toekomstige bewoners. In het ontwerp hebben we de ruimte voor de woon- en buurtondersteunende functies geoptimaliseerd. En dankzij onze duurzame aanpak, waaronder een fossielvrij verwarmingssysteem, kunnen we de jaarlijkse CO2-uitstoot met 67% verminderen, en jaarlijks een besparing realiseren van 554 ton CO2 en andere broeikasgassen.
