The GapGun Pro2 with T60 sensor is a handheld non contact laser measurement system capable of a wide variety of profile measurements and is considered best in class for materials handling. The GapGun with T60 sensor from Third Dimension Software Ltd has a tolerance of just 0.025 mm for panel gaps, and 0.01 mm for flush measurements with the system widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries. It is often misconceived that the system is purely a Gap and Flush measurement tool however with its completely configurable tool set the system can interrogate a multitude of forms on multiple applications. As examples measure seals, welds, angles, rads, tool to part icy inspections, composite forms, surface defects, step heights and the T60-CK also enables countersink measurement.
