🇧🇪 🇨🇦 🇵🇹 asUgo Offsite 2024 - our road trip in Germany! 🇩🇪 An unforgettable experience with asUgo teams from asUgo Belgium, asUgo Portugal, and asUgo Canada coming together as one united team. Together, we lived our values—#Curious, #Nimble and #Committed — all while building stronger connections. We started in Cologne with our 1st asUgo curling world championship 🥌🏆 (fun fact: the winning team has been invited for an official European competition). We ended up the day with our Q3 Business Review in a historical place of Cologne and a memorable party tour aboard a boat 🥂🛥. Road to Düsseldorf the next day with a friendly competition of exotic sports such as Bavarian curling, Biathlon🎿🎯 and mini-football golf ⚽⛳. Last week, we celebrated the Contact Center Advisor Day with the theme “The customer service advisor is a superhero!️” It was a day filled with fun, recognition, and appreciation for all the hard work our advisors put in each day. The importance of a first-line agent cannot be underestimated. Every day, they represent TotalEnergies as true ambassadors, with heart and soul. ✅ I admire their ability to handle all situations in a complex and constantly changing market, always trying to go the extra mile to find solutions for our customers. ✅ I appreciate their communication style, empathy, and problem-solving mindset. ✅ I value their feedback and insights about our customers’ expectations and needs. ✅ They are masters of communication: whether it’s by phone, email, chat, or social media, our agents expertly handle all interactions across all channels.
