Neubau Rückkühlanlage DRG & GIL thyssenkrupp Steel Europe / Bochum Im Zuge des Neubaus zweier Großanlagen unseres Kunden thyssenkrupp Steel am Standort Bochum, wurden wir für den Neubau der dazugehörigen Rückkühlanlage beauftragt. Die Anlage hat eine maximale Kühlleistung von 28 Mw und verfügt über modernste Anlagentechnik. Zum Einsatz kommen sechs Kühltürme des Herstellers BAC Baltimore Aircoil Company mit geschlossenem Kreislaufsystem und integriertem Glattrohrwärmetauscher. Die eingesetzten Kühltürme gehören zu den größten auf dem Markt erhältlichen Kühltürmen mit geschlossenem Kreislaufsystem und haben eine Zertifizierung ihrer Leistungseigenschaften der unabhängigen Eurovent Organisation. Die Automation der Anlagentechnik wurde gemeinsam mit der Firma Kern Industrie Automation entwickelt und vor Ort umgesetzt. Eine intelligente Anlagensteuerung ermöglicht einen möglichst energiesparenden Betrieb durch ein bewährtes Wärmemanagement aus dem Hause ServTec und Kern Industrie Automation. Ebenfalls gehörte die komplette Wasserbehandlung inkl. Einhaltung der Vorgaben durch die 42. BImSchV und VDI 2047 zu unserem Lieferumfang. Hier kommt modernste Technik der Firma INWATEC GmbH & Co. KG zum Einsatz, um bedarfsgerecht Chemie einzusetzen und die Anlagen betreiberfreundlich aus der Ferne zu überwachen. Nach nur 10 Monaten Umsetzungszeit, von der Planung bis zur Betriebsbereitschaft, wurde die Gesamtanlage im August 2024 von unserem Kunden abgenommen und für den kontinuierlichen Betrieb übernommen. Ein weiterer erfolgreicher Projektabschluss einer Komplettanlage aus dem Hause ServTec GmbH GmbH. #Anlagenbau #Engineering #Rückkühlanlagen #Automation
