Yesterday, our #Diversity & #Inclusion team kicked off the first edition of '𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬', our digital panel discussions that address important and challenging topics. 🗨️🌟   James Edge, CEO of Global Cross Border, opened the discussion on "Well-being with a Diverse Workforce," setting the stage for an insightful conversation on how well-being initiatives can be adapted to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Our expert panelists guided us through the discussion, sharing their perspectives on equitable and accessible approaches, considering factors such as age, gender, disability, socioeconomic background, and cultural differences.   Here are some concrete examples of how well-being can be integrated into daily work life:   ✨ An Van Beek (bpost): Psychological safety is crucial.
