Knowledge is power. Luckily for us, we have one of the most knowledgeable professionals in #Offtheroad: Our Key Account Manager in the UK, Rob Cole Rob is celebrating a 35 year anniversary with Bridgestone, in a career underpinned by a love of big yellow machines. "I’ve worked with some incredible people over the years and still do today. They’ve been the highlight. I always found that the bigger the tyre, the more gentlemanly the agreement tends to be. This remains the case, with our best customers building up relationships built on trust" "I love every minute and have always enjoyed flying the flag for Bridgestone. It’s been extremely rewarding to play a small part in such an incredible business and I’m looking ahead to many more success stories!" Join us in celebrating Rob's remarkable journey and his dedication to excellence. Kudos to you, Rob! #Whatreallymatter #Bridgestone

These findings come as Webfleet celebrates 25 years of telematics innovation at the IAA TRANSPORTATION, held from 17 to 22 September in Hanover, Germany. Introducing our new Potenza Sport A, Bridgestone’s first mass-produced tyre to source 55% recycled and renewable materials in its production, following certification from the globally recognised International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS. The ultra-high performance tyre has been developed with our ENLITEN Technology to improve its sustainability characteristics and make it fully EV-ready, without any compromise on safety or performance. And, Bridgestone’s Potenza Sport A premium tyre is not a concept or a pilot project. It has been carefully chosen by AUDI AG as original equipment for their new Audi e-tron GT. Demonstrating Bridgestone’s innovative capabilities to combine sustainability and performance, the new Potenza Sport A marks another key milestone on our journey toward using 100% sustainable materials by 2050. Today we’re announcing the start of a new chapter in our work to reduce tyre waste. We’re launching a new collaboration with Grupo BB&G and Versalis to establish a closed-loop ecosystem to transform end-of-life tyres into new tyres. The collaboration will see ELTs transformed into tyre pyrolysis oil, which will be used to create high-quality elastomers for the production of new tyres. Discover more here: https://lnkd.in/e5H5ryCq

Bridgestone EMEA is in the top 1% of the 130,000 companies assessed globally by leading business sustainability ratings provider, EcoVadis. We've received EcoVadis' top Platinum rating for three consecutive years since 2021, having climbed from receiving a Silver rating back in 2015. Our EcoVadis rating is a great proof point for the progress we've made in recent years. It reflects our ongoing commitment to all areas of sustainability as we evolve into a sustainable solutions company, guided by the Bridgestone E8 Commitment. We may be among the top EcoVadis performers globally, but as ever, there are still a lot of positive steps that need to be made on the road to 2050 and beyond!
