This #acquisition strengthens our presence in the Dutch market and fits perfectly within our #iconic real estate fund, “Smart Assets.” The Insinger building, situated in the prestigious “Gouden Bocht,” offers 4,481 m² of office space, a beautiful garden, and an underground parking garage. Following a thorough renovation from 1998 to 2000, the property meets modern standards while preserving its historical character. 🏛️ ➡️ This #investment aligns with our strategy to acquire iconic buildings in strategic locations that attract quality tenants and ensure long-term value.
